Keeping your contact details updated is helpful both for you and the Swiss representation abroad. It ensures that you can be quickly reached during a crisis. Please keep your Swiss representation informed about your contact details, such as your address, telephone number and email address.
Change of residence abroad
Changes to your address, telephone number or email address can be updated through the online desk.
If you previously lived in another country and are still listed in the register of the Swiss abroad maintained by that Swiss representation, please inform them of your new address using the online desk. Your electronic file will be transferred to the Swiss representation at your new place of residence, which will then issue you a confirmation of the transfer.
Updated contact details are required for you to receive documents for postal ballots and voting as well as the Swiss Review, published by the Organisation of the Swiss Abroad (OSA) (if you are on their mailing list).
