SwissInTouch is an engaging, modern information and communication platform designed specifically for Swiss nationals living abroad. The app complements existing channels such as the social media accounts of representations abroad and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), FDFA web pages and the FDFA Helpline, which is available 24/7 to answer your queries.

The advantage of SwissInTouch is that it brings together all the issues that matter to the Swiss Abroad in one app. You no longer have to log on to multiple platforms or consult different communication channels to get the information you need.

Both the Swiss representations abroad and the FDFA’s head office in Bern use SwissInTouch to post information about issues of concern and interest to the Swiss community abroad.

SwissInTouch also supports the Swiss Abroad at various stages in their lives by providing advice relevant to their situation. It’s an easy way to contact your local representation and receive important, up-to-date guidance.

The app offers all Swiss citizens living abroad quick and handy access to information from their representation and the authorities in Switzerland, even when on the move, so you can keep Switzerland in your pocket at all times!

Best of Swiss Apps Awards

On October 26th 2023 the Best of Swiss Apps Awards took place in Zurich for the eighth time in a row. The aim of the Best of Swiss Apps Awards is to promote the quality of Swiss Apps and recognize outstanding products.
Out of the 169 project submissions, a total of 45 made it onto the shortlist of award nominees. The jury of 53 experts awarded gold, silver and bronze trophies.

The app for Swiss nationals abroad “SwissInTouch” was recognised in two categories. SwissInTouch received the silver trophy in the User Experience category and bronze in the Web App category.
